Peace, security, and safety are among the greatest blessings and key objectives of Islamic Shariah, supported by numerous references in the Qur'an and Sunnah. There are various forms of peace that a human being requires, including the safety of life, wealth, honor, and dignity. One such crucial form is intellectual security, which holds immense importance in the contemporary era. Especially in present times, the Muslim Ummah is facing severe intellectual challenges from the enemies of Islam who aim to distort Islamic identity and destabilize moral values by promoting deviant ideologies and concepts. Hence, the necessity and significance of intellectual security have increased manifold. Islamic civilization and culture are fundamentally based on Divine Revelation (the Qur'an and Sunnah). Due to this strong foundation, Islamic culture possesses unique characteristics that are not found in any other civilization. These very characteristics provide comprehensive guidance not only in the realms of social and physical peace but also in ensuring intellectual security for the Muslim Ummah. There is a dire need to explore and clarify these foundational principles in depth. This research paper has been written with the following core objectives:

1.To explain the concepts of Islamic culture and intellectual security.

2.To shed light on the notion of intellectual security within the framework of Islamic civilization and culture.

3.To identify and present the foundational elements of intellectual security as rooted in Islamic culture, and to analyze intellectual safety in light of these principles.
